The research underlying this domain, its content and the associated domains spans over more then a decade and is essentially everything I contributed to the world with my life so far. All pages were written with more considerations in mind than is useful to explain across each of their levels. One main aspect is to find a balance between motivating individuals while staying sober enough to avoid triggering or energizing someone without the ability to handle their (over-) comittment. Though that sounds paradox, but a fundamental problem a working plan has is how it can be regulated in order to stay transparent for everyone.

I started writing down the content about xd4 end of february 2020. xd4 is a plan to save the world which I am working on for more than 19 years now. I have a rare kind of personal background which will explain why you find exactly what you find here in July 2020, but I try to stay as much as possible out of this domain to allow a perspective on its intention/content primarily.

A literal plan to save the world which can be officially discussed, executed and measured and which has the capacity and necessary theoretical background to sychronize and quantify its performane dynamically cannot be found in human history. It was not achieved to build such a thing until now and with this framing one might see where I want to go with xd4.

Since I can remember, this is the scientific area to which I want to contribute. Given the chance, I will settle for nothing else but a working version of xd4 or any ‘better’ plan to save the world – though by my approximation, I appear to provide the world leading system on this front. For xd4 I define the time frame 2020 to 2028 and I try to finish by august a version of xd4 that will provide a first kind of calculation about its rating and it will essentially contain what this page should have contained – a formal way to measure and research the state of the world with a parameter ‘safety’ and any transition functions that claim to increase this measure / quantification through direct causal influence.

A short outline:

We argue that previous plans to save the world did not take into account that any ‘working’ plan to save the world cannot have a fixed goal state. The plan must continually develop its ability to investigate and formalize what beings think is a safe world and what measures are the best to reach this state of the world, simulateneously proposing, developing and realizing such measures while leaving them open for any discussion and evaluation.

xd4 will be the first world-saving plan with a performance measure: ψZ(xd4).

The measure will continue development according to the overal development stage of xd4. If it has no sound background it makes no sense to measure its transmission or success rate. We will hence start with a very simple measure which will however pose a first step towards the science of world saving. The performance of xd4 will be expanded with more parameters if we can reach funding and publicity minima – because only with sufficient N (number of observations) and an ability for us to stream our work a minimum of 12hrs a day we can refer to an operator ‘working’ on xd4. So far we’re only developing xd4.

For release of the first measure-capable version, xd4 will rate its success rate by the number of individuals who know about xd4 and a rudimentary vote of individuals who are asked to click for xd4 if they think of it as an interesting (or at least somehow interesting) ‘thing’. This functionality will be available by end of August 2020 when the release of xd4 2.0 is scheduled. The 1.0 version can be seen as a bootleg, however we refer to it as version 1.0 as it was officially released as a document about xd4. As such we release research which is ‘work in progress’, also to be transparent in terms of working and reacting to feedback and input.

xd4 is a complex architecture to map multi-domain peacekeeping strategies into a very specific environment: the world (in its present time)

It is a framework to associate any complex plan (favoring those that explicitly are about world-saving) with complex polyparametric computations in a consistent super-matrix (environment) to and operators of such plan/s. qip8 is the externalization and connection-space for multi-dimensional input streams with reference to xd4. We denote the complex error function for xd4-performance as ψZ(xd4) while the upper performance boundary can be defined as ψZ(qip8) which is a complex phase space of the error intervalls δX, λX and ϕX. Together with a gauge error λ0X they add up to ψZ(qip8) which is a very robust error estimate as far we can estimate.

A level up language:

Quoeto is a 4d language which can implement complex intelligence in algorithmic systems (such as computer, internet etc.)

It is an entire different approach to AI And also to encoding of abstract states into physics (electronic hardware). Quoeto is spin-optimized which means it can be tuned to be a native language for spintronic hardware. It can hence serve for research and communacatability of spintronic theories and physics.
