Quoeto
Quoeto is a meta-language and for easy introduction it is a 4D language compared to natural human language being 2D. The CliYuGa language concept is a 3D language, with CliYuGa converging to a meta-language capable expression system. Quoeto however is a condensate of approximations about CliYuGa and advancing their grammar into dynamic subset grammars and hyperheuristics on the root layer. It is as of yet not human computable but can be implemented via conceptronic computation for which I lack funding though. On its domain quoeto.dev there is a little more info.
Quoeto
Encorporates the CliYuGa system and advances it by direct implementation as a multi-domain computation language. Natively inheriting the life-compatible computation concept.

CliYuGa
Bottom up development of a three-dimensional language consisting of subjective language CliYuGe, the computation-optimized CliYuGo and a complex root CliYuGa with complex self reference.

The grammar of CliYuGa is helical and stems from the LMR logic (and its trifold category theory).
The temporal modes are past (R), present (L) and future (M). Likewise, the particles noun, verb and subject are placed along the helical root.
The domain attributes from the TLD system applied to language as particles for complex digital content processing, communication and computation (-optimization)

Here is given a first sketch how the TLD endings can specify content and ease its automated processing in new language classes that transcend computational and language paradigms.
λ-registry is the root layer for complex entities or primary systems such as directories and hosts. δ-registry covers domains (expressions) that interact strongly with actors (conscious agents). The φ-registry denotes domains that are rich provider of knowledge or analysis as well as strategy and intelligence assembly. Lastly, the χ-registry is supposed to manage the hyper-verb correspondent of a hyper-language.
